Twenty years ago, Pulp Fiction premiered in the U.S. To celebrate, here are 20 things you might not have known about the movie that taught Americans that a Quarter Pounder with Cheese is called a Royale with Cheese in Europe.
The narrative structure of the film plays out of sequence, but it’s easy enough to break it down into seven distinct sections (a prologue, an epilogue, two preludes, and three large segments) that can then be re-ordered into a chronological narrative (hint: the first prelude, to the “Gold Watch” section, plays first.
